Fat Gold is a micro-scale olive oil producer working on a robust three-acre grove in Sunol, California.
We are Kathryn Tomajan and Robin Sloan. Kathryn is an award-winning olive oil maker. Robin is the author of two novels. We’re both particularly interested in the idea of a Bay Area olive oil, connected as much to the city as to the country.
Our oil will be available by subscription following our first harvest in November 2017. Until then, please follow along!
